Continuous Course Registration and Access
CBe-learn 2011/2012 Program Calendar
To facilitate system needs around the personalization of learning and to increase student choice and flexibility as it relates to their programming, CBe-learn offers five different Terms for students to enroll in Core courses. Students will pick the appropriate Term, based on the amount of time they have to spend in the course, and when they want to finish their course.
CBe-learn programs are designed to allow “year round” registration and course access. See below for more detailed information.

Course Start Date
Sr. High courses always start on Thursday. The following chart indicates the start dates for each Term at CBe-learn.

*New terms start on these dates. Students may get access on any Thursday during the term, depending on their date of registration and their completion of e-learn.
Course Exceptions: Online Phys Ed & Online Art
Due to the nature of the course content and curriculum, two courses will only be offered in Term 1 and Term 3. Physical Education and Art will only be offered with an end-date in either January or June.
Registration for Online Phys Ed runs until February 14th.

CTS Start Anytime Courses
Immediate registration/entry into CTS (Career and Technology Studies) and WXP (Work Experience) courses anytime from August 22 until May 10, 2012. The prerequisite course, e-learn, will be available throughout this time period and must be completed prior to gaining access to the requested courses.
Registration for CTS Start Anytime Courses ends on May 10th. Courses end on June 13th, so all required components must be completed by that time.

Summer School
CBe-learn will no longer offer "Summer School" as in years past. Students interested in completing their courses in June and July should register for Term 4 courses (August Exams). Students wanting to work through July, August, September and October should register for Term 5 (November Exams).
