Commercial Vendor (computer hardware and software problems)
The CBe-learn technical help desk will not support your computer hardware or software. You must contact the commercial vendor who you purchased your computer from, or a company who can offer you technical support. When you make contact with a commercial vendor make sure you are aware of the Technical Requirements for Online Learning so that the company can make your system match the minimum set of requirements for online learning at CBe-learn. Commercial vendors can provide support in the following areas:

The technical help desk team is available to walk you through solutions to your technical problems when they involve browser and elluminate configuration as well as issues with D2L. The help desk can also provide information on where to find the latest browsers and plug ins.

Teacher (accessibility problems with course material)
Your teacher will provide you with basic technical assistance when you are having problems such as files that will not open or quizzes that stop working. If they cannot solve your problem they will know where to direct you.
