Technical Requirements for Online Learning

computerBelow are the technical requirements for learning online with the D2L environment. If you do not meet the requirements below you are not eligible to receive technical support or a course refund.
Our requirements are based on experience with the D2L environment as well as the requirements laid out by D2L and Elluminate.

Supported Requirements:

Web Browser

  • Netscape 7.2* for Win or Mac
  • Internet Explorer 6*

Note: Internet Explorer 7 and Netscape 8 are not supported by CBe-learn or D2L and should not be used for online learning with D2L. If you choose to use one of these browsers you do so at your own risk.

Required Configuration
  • JavaScript must be turned on.
  • Cookies must be enabled.
  • Popups must be allowed.
